Wildlife spotting boat trips on the Isle of Skye

The wildlife spotting experience aboard the Brigadoon provides the opportunity to see many of Skye's native species up close. Seals, golden eagles, otters, dolphins and porpoise are all common sights on our boat trips but the favourite sight is almost always the sea eagle.

The White Tailed Sea Eagle (Haliaeetus albini) was seen on around 99% of our trips last year. These dramatic giants of the air nest on nearby cliffs and are fed during the day. The experience of seeing one of these magnificent birds pluck a fish from the surface of the water is breathtaking. A memory that will last a lifetime.
